Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development:
- Leading in Embedded software and algorithms for sensing applications
- Develop perception algorithms & applications (Computer vision, object detection, and AI/ML methods )
- Deploying applications on target hardware
- Develop documentation for perception algorithms and their design, training, validation, and testing
Project & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Perception, providing training and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system engineers, and hardware engineers.
- Plan and manage project timelines, task allocations, and deliverables.
- Ensure the team follows ASPICE-compliant development processes.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and other automotive software standards.
- Maintain documentation for perception algorithms and their design, training, validation, and testing.
