Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development:
- Leading in design and develop the applications for Advanced Dev & Production Projects. features such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Automatic.
Project & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team, providing training and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system engineers, and hardware engineers.
- Plan and manage project timelines, task allocations, and deliverables.
- Ensure the team follows ASPICE-compliant development processes.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and other automotive software standards.
- Maintain documentation for software architecture, design specifications, and test reports.
