Mr. Nguyen Duc Kinh

A seasoned professional with a Bachelor's in Electronics from Tohoku University, joined FPT Software in 2010 after six years with leading Japanese firms. With over 19 years in product engineering and holding roles like Business Unit and Strategic Unit Leader, he has driven success in various projects. Since relocating to the U.S. in 2022, he has led FPT Automotive as Executive Vice President and CEO, achieving 50% annual revenue growth and securing key global projects.
Mr. Ta Tran Minh
Chief Operations Officer
He has over 15 years of experience in the FPT Software and Automotive industry. He began his career in 2007 as Project Manager and Division Leader for IVI, then led the Embedded Software Business Unit as General Manager (2010–2015). Minh served as Deputy Director and then Director of FPT Global Automotive, and since 2021, he was Vice President and Delivery Head before becoming COO in December 2023.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong

She has a 17-year career marked by significant achievements. She became the first female director of FPT Software's Strategic Software Unit and excelled as Strategic Customer Manager in Japan, securing numerous projects. In 2016, she led FPT’s strategic partnership with Fujitsu, making FPT the only foreign firm recognized as a distinguished partner. Since 2020, she has spearheaded digital transformation initiatives for Vietnamese businesses.

With over 20 years at FPT Software, he has held diverse roles and contributed to major automotive projects. His expertise has driven the successful management of international multi-million-dollar initiatives, delivering substantial revenue and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
