Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development:
- Leading in Support SYS-02~SYS-05 system activities.
- Create concepts, design algorithms, make test scenarios and validation strategies, perform experiments, and data analysis to design and improve ADAS applications and automated driving systems
Project & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of SYS-02~SYS-05, providing training and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system engineers, and hardware engineers.
- Plan and manage project timelines, task allocations, and deliverables.
- Ensure the team follows ASPICE-compliant development processes.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and other automotive software standards.
- Maintain documentation for SYS-02~SYS-05.
- Location : Tokyo ( or Nagoya)
