Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development:
- Leading in conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Leading in build PreCheck test scenarios (before testing on the actual vehicle) for standards and regulations such as NCAP, GSR2, etc.
Project & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team, providing training and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system engineers, and hardware engineers.
- Plan and manage project timelines, task allocations, and deliverables.
- Ensure the team follows ASPICE-compliant development processes.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and other automotive software standards.
- Maintain documentation for test scenarios and test reports.
