Introduction

  • E/E Architecture

Future E/E architectures will consist of a few very powerful vehicle computers that will be connected to the embedded control units, sensors, and actuators via the vehicle-centralized, zone-oriented E/E architecture.

    Scalability

Many segments, markets and technologies leading to complex, and expensive variant handling.

    Functional Complexity

    Flexibility

    External Communication

    Computing Power

    Communication Bandwidth

    Electrical/Electronic Architecture

    Software Architecture

The zone ECUs send the data via high-speed Ethernet to the connected vehicle computers. This type of connection ensures the data communication is faster, securer, and performs better – both internally within the vehicle and externally via the link to the cloud:

Facilitation of secure over-the-air (OTA) updates

    • Simplification of FOTA/SOTA solutions via SODV and UDS
    • Remote Diagnostics via SOVD solution

Provide Software and firmware for Sensor and Actuator

    Providing FCOM products

  • VIRTUAL ECU

    MaaZ Virtual ECU offer

Generation of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 virtual ECUs as FMU.

Development and validation tasks move from road and hardware rigs to the workstation. Simulations can be done on an individual PC or in parallel on a network.

Build a vECU from Simulink models, C-code, x86 objects or binaries.

Run your partial or full-blown production application software and basic software in a virtual prototype.

Designed for easy collaboration with suppliers and partners.

For AUTOSAR Classic and Non-AUTOSAR software.

    vECU Adaptive Platform

MaaZ vECU adaptive Platform is a development platform with tools installed in Ubuntu (local PC) or virtual machine for high-performance computing ECUs in automotive. It provides an early, scalable, cost-effective, and deterministic simulation platform for ECU development, functional test, verification and validation.

Provide the SDK of Adaptive Platform (AP) - Functional Clusters (FCs)

Provide SDK container for compiling & coding rule check of Adaptive Applications (AA)

Providing Virtual ECU (Simulation & Test)

Virtual ECU Adaptive can be customized according to customer's requirements
